Ingredients: epsom salts, organic oats, organic red raspberry leaf, organic shepherd’s purse, organic witch hazel, organic calendula, lavender.
Directions for use: steep one herbal ‘tea’ bag in warm bath water for 20-30 minutes before getting in. Soak for up to 1 hour. Breathe in. Breathe out. Can also be used as a Stiz Bath.
