Our experienced doula offerings balance respect for nature and medicine. It is our intention to support informed, evidence based decision making during labour and birth. Whether you’re planning for a hospital labour & delivery, home birth, free birth, waterbirth, twin/multiples births, VBAC, HBAC, birth by Cesarean or other kind of birth — we’re here for you!

We seek to support mindful beginnings for babies and offer postpartum & night doula services. Ask us about our extended postnatal care packages!
